Senior leadership was so wrapped up in making sure they made money from their merger that getting anyone to respond to an email or a chat was nearly impossible. I had absolutely no support in my role and no clear expectations of what was to happen. When I was proactive, I would get reprimanded for not doing what they wanted me to, but never told me what they wanted. Connexion Point leadership is extremely reactive and anytime something bothered them, they made it known in as unprofessional a way as possible. They don't think through how to handle situations. Any hard working employee that may expose an issue was immediately reprimanded as well. Overall, just a very toxic work environment. Leadership has absolutely no idea how to treat their employees well and it shows.

Toxic work environment. You have no personal life during the annual enrollment period. They expect you to give up every ounce of personal life you have during this time frame. Totally disorganized and terrible executives at this company!!
