Technology was a joke, leadership continued to make it worse. HR had numerous sexual harassment complaints about the same individuals but didn't take any real action to protect employees. There was some workplace violence. Pressured to work late nights and weekends in exchange for "swag". Then they laid off most of the department before Christmas after poor software architecture cost them something like $3 million. One of my favorite examples was a project involving mailing physical hard drives loaded with PHI to clients instead of building a proper microservice.
