      Pros

      Great management team with the Owner being very hands on in everyday activity. Regional Recruiting manager is an absolute savage and provides some of the best training you will receive in this industry. Commission plan is second to none.

      Cons

      Nothing that comes to mind that would be a con but if you are looking for career advancement, it might be slower than some larger companies. With a small company, once you hit Sr. Recruiter or team lead, you might be there awhile due to limited opps.

      Pros

      Genuinely flexible culture, within reason. Typical small company culture with a very passionate and present management team. Every employee gets to plan their own day and choose their own reqs to work on. Unlimited earning potential with consistent salary increases after new milestones are reached. As long as you are performing your recruiting job duties, absolutely no one is micromanaging you.

      Cons

      Some early career employees take advantage of the flexibility offered and push the limits. If you are being micromanaged, it is because you have received multiple warnings about not even opening your laptop when you claim to be "working from home" If you end up crying in a meeting after several calm discussions regarding your negative and immature behavior, that is not a reflection of the company or management.
