Toxic Environment Leaders

Pros

Good Paid time off along with some of the benefits

Cons

Will be forced to work outside of roll and have to work in toxic environment with leaders and HR team who won’t follow through with disciplinary action against those who create the toxic environment but will support it to hide and cover up their mistakes for failed policies.

Pros

Love the employees I worked with.

Cons

There was a large difference between the people you work with and ELT. Employees got along well and worked to move the organization forward. ELT says the right things but didn't follow through on any of it. To the point that middle management was always scrambling. The good managers would eventually be pushed out for not being in lock-in-step as they tried to keep their employees protected. HR has zero empathy through any of this and takes the hardest line possible with any ELT direction
