Good teammates and flexibility schedule shifting changes.

Cons

A lot of disagreements and changes. One week, production is expected to be a certain way then the next week, it will be a complete one 180. Leaving you to balance in the middle between whats expected of you by your own higher ups while they can't agree with other higher ups on the same issue.

Pros

Fair in absolutely everything No weekends needed, and if you want to work weekends, then you are paid overtime. Completely remote. 8 hour shifts, 30 min lunch + two 15 min breaks Great manager

Cons

A lot of micromanaging, very very very demanding in terms of call quality. You cannot deviate from script, and the evaluator are very picky. You take about 60 calls a day, non stop, all day, everyday.

all positions will be minimum wage with no growth, no advancement, and no position opportunities within this company or any owned accounts through J-curve and RIO Solutions. Salaried members of Management discriminate, target, and show multitudes of favoritism. There are open investigations on members of management throughout all 3 agencies associated for misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.
