I have worked with telecommunications most of my life, so this is just what fits for me...but this company is top-notch! The Team Leads, coworkers, everyone that I have worked with are so down-to-earth, supportive, & it makes me happy to be here! I have been here going on a yr. in just a couple weeks. I love that they automatically enroll you in the 401k after you start working for them. There are lots of opportunities to advance, & the campaign that I work for is great, I really enjoy what I do. I had to go on a Leave-of-Absence due to health issues for a month, & they were right there ready to bring me back. It feels good to feel wanted & needed at your company, & that's always how they make me feel. Definitely recommend!

Connexus is the best remote job I have ever worked for because they recognize and reward your hard work, They have awesome leadership and they train you and make sure you are trained well in any project you work on. You have opportunities to succeed further in the company as well. They offer great benefits PTO/401. I love the flexibility my manager provides when I need anything. I am able to communicate openly, and my feedback and opinions matter.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides of working for Connexus because I don't have any downsides since I have been working for them. I have been working for the company for 2 years and don't plan on searching for work any where else.
