Everyone here wants you to succeed. The camaraderie is second to none. Training is excellent and there is help with any question an agent may have. Always room for advancement and this company acknowledges that and offers those opportunities. You can also switch to a different campaign if your first one isn't a good fit.

Cons

You have to have a faster internet and that can cost a little extra but it is so worth it.

I thoroughly enjoy working here. The atmosphere is very friendly and management really cares for you. I feel like this company genuinely cares about their employees and management always does their best to work with you. They find many ways to show they care, I love the tickets to rock and the activities they have to keep us motivated! I have been here over two years and have been extremely thankful for the opportunity!

I have worked with telecommunications most of my life, so this is just what fits for me...but this company is top-notch! The Team Leads, coworkers, everyone that I have worked with are so down-to-earth, supportive, & it makes me happy to be here! I have been here going on a yr. in just a couple weeks. I love that they automatically enroll you in the 401k after you start working for them. There are lots of opportunities to advance, & the campaign that I work for is great, I really enjoy what I do. I had to go on a Leave-of-Absence due to health issues for a month, & they were right there ready to bring me back. It feels good to feel wanted & needed at your company, & that's always how they make me feel. Definitely recommend!

Pay isn't great, but I'd rather have a company that I love working for
