Working from Home, Schedule is flexible, coworkers are generally nice and friendly, management is very helpful, DailyPay option is so helpful, and the job is pretty easy.

Cons

Benefits could be better, PTO is nice but a little slow to accumulate.

Pros

The specific client they hired me to work for did not have back to back call for a majority of the month. Many times, I would be sitting in Ready for 10 to 15 minutes before a call came through.

Cons

The company is pretty unorganized. I was moved to different teams a hand full of times. I wasn't that bothered by it, but most times, the team lead wouldn't even know this was happening and they were being demoted until their entire team was moved.
