Pros

No pros, not a good place.

Cons

Low pay, management ignores you and does not properly train you for the job, Will throw you to the wolves. Fires people at random and for very dumb reasons.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience felt unsupported and frustrating. We take concerns around training, communication, and how employment decisions are handled very seriously. Being properly prepared and feeling heard by leadership are fundamental expectations, and when that doesn’t happen, it’s something we need to own and address. While some role changes are driven by client needs and performance standards, we recognize that how those decisions are communicated matters just as much. Your feedback reinforces the importance of listening, empathy, and stronger onboarding and support structures. We appreciate you taking the time to call this out, and we’ll continue using input like this to improve the experience for our teams moving forward.

Pros

Any positives are heavily dependent on the kind of project you're assigned to, what company you'll be representing, how much training (if any) is provided, who you're working with, etc. The first company client can be great, the second terrible. It can work for some people short-term given that there's a low barrier to entry with there not being any second-round interviews, checking of references of job applicants, etc.

Cons

Connexus is affectively one step above being an out-sourced call center, but ran in the US instead of internationally. They only provide the legally-mandated bare minimum of health coverage, which isn't any kind of real insurance. This may change after the first year, but it's not worth the wait. They don't have any strong professional training and development process. Again, there are a dozen other issues that could be mentioned, and there'll be more or less of them dependent on which project you're assigned to.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We understand that experiences at Connexus can vary depending on the client, project, and training structure, and that inconsistency can be frustrating. While our model does involve supporting multiple clients with different requirements, we recognize the need for stronger standardization in training, benefits communication, and professional development across all programs. Your feedback regarding benefits and how employee input is received is important. We know that collecting feedback only matters if it leads to meaningful action, and we’re continuing to evaluate how we listen, respond, and implement improvements at a leadership level. We appreciate your candor and the time you spent with Connexus, as insights like this help guide our ongoing efforts to strengthen the employee experience.

Thank you for your feedback and for your continued time with Connexus. We’re glad the work-from-home flexibility has been a positive for you. We also hear your concerns around pay, time-off availability, and holiday policies. These are areas we regularly review as we balance client requirements with employee needs, and your input helps inform those discussions.
