It is a Remote Job.

Cons

They are paying employees to leave 5 star review bombs because they're bad management ways caused a lot of the affected employees to review them. I've seen them randomly fire new and long time employees and when you ask where did those employees go the answer was "hiring issues". They HEAVILY monitor you and make even going to the bathroom a complicated process. They constantly change their methods and software in 90% of the time the worst way. Something is always broken and the callers will blame you for it even if you try to explain what's happening. Too stressful of an environment for little pay you receive. Don't even ask to discuss pay, they don't want to hear it and will avoid it like the plague and taxes.

the pay isn't great you arent always given the hours you are told you will be working and its nearly impossible to change shifts allowed employees to make transphobic comments without reprimand
