      Pros

      There are really no pros for this company. Hate to say it but it is true.

      Cons

      No career pathing. No raises Only pays minimum wage for tech workers. Will not hire from Arizona even though J-Curve is in Arizona but they are getting rid of that company. A good company to stay away from.

      Pros

      Work from home and company provides all work equipment Training was overwhelming because there was a lot to learn in a short amount of time but the trainers were very nice and pleasant to work with

      Low hourly rate System is BEYOND slow Work equipment was outdated. I had to purchase 3 different extensions pieces out of my own pocket just to make the equipment they sent work. You're responsible for purchasing your own headset and extra monitor For training, they majorly stress the fact that you MUST have a second monitor and MUST be on camera for the whole time you're in training but 90% of the people in my training class didn't follow either rule After being with the company for 2 months I requested ONE day off and I requested it ONE month in advance, it was denied for no reason and no reason was given
