      I was making good money. I love the hours I work Monday-Friday.

      Cons

      They would not take any days off. The B4 was very passive-aggressive and would talk to you as if you were illiterate or didn't understand and just came out of training.

      Pros

      Love working for Connexus Resource Group, they have the best team of supervisors providing the best training and support to new agents starting remote work as customer support.

      None - working from home full time is wonderful. We get all the help we need to help others
