The pay is unfair and they don’t give raises. If they do give you a raise they will give you a 25 cent raise but you have to fight for it. The sr acct manager hires his friends and gives them passes no matter how bad they are at their jobs but he holds everyone else accountable. They tell you to lie to the client and they say inappropriate things in meetings like “who do I have to fire” which makes you feel uncertain about your position at ALL times. We feel like we could be fired from one minute to the next. Only like 2 JrAMs care about us and help all the time and the others don’t support us and they give us wrong info all the time. To much favoritism here. They promise raises but don’t end up giving them to you. The worst health benefits that don’t cover anything.

The company is pretty unorganized. I was moved to different teams a hand full of times. I wasn't that bothered by it, but most times, the team lead wouldn't even know this was happening and they were being demoted until their entire team was moved.
