I recently finished my training and it was really Amazing. My trainers were wonderful, they explained us step by step by examples. And they were there for me when I was on the front line. Customers are really like in all places some are hateful and others are friendly, but as all call center we must keep a smile in our voices.

We have to provided our own equipments.
