The culture is very relaxed and non competitive; tremendous amount of resources to learn and improve at my job; variety of projects and opportunities are exciting; high level of responsibility given to each employee; executives are transparent and personable

Cons

Company is still big and process oriented which can at times make the work more cumbersome than it needs to be; not all team members are willing to contribute and work towards common goals and objectives
