Lots of opportunity for advancement. Strong commitment to safety. Deep network of experienced subject-experts. Fair pay and benefits, with a management that didn't expect crazy hours.

Cons

A strong emphasis on developing leadership skills means that staying in the same position for too long makes you appear less valuable. Because it is a very large company, there are significant policies and procedures that make it difficult to change or adapt quickly.
