Pros

ConocoPhillips offers many of the benefits for career and personal growth as well as networking opportunities of a supermajor in the energy industry with a slightly smaller size than the largest fully integrated oil and gas companies in the US. There is a good company culture and fantastic facilities. The benefits are competitive including annual bonuses, low insurance premiums, high matching on retirement contributions, and access to outstanding company gyms

Cons

ConocoPhillips seems to be a little more reactive and slow to implement things like work from home and a more relaxed dress code. The company now offers 2 WFH does a week (and sometimes more depending on circumstances) and jeans every day of the week but it is more of a formal and traditional workplace which many younger employees might not be accustomed to.
