Fantastic Company People Wise But Not the Best in Terms of Training to Do Your Job Properly Per Their Process

Great benefits. People oriented. Decent salary but on the lower end. Unlimited PTO. Great healthcare. Great employees.
Cons
They don't really train anyone on their business specific workflows and processes. This goes for acquisitions as well as new hires. You can be great at your job, do your job well, and they will punish you for not following proper procedure when you were never trained for it. It's always, "well it's on the Drive so you should know." I was left on an island for well over 2 years. Learned by the seat of my pants, got my job done properly, but because I wasn't following their workflow and processes properly, I got dragged for it. But they had zero problem with me getting my job for over 3 years and then all of a sudden had a problem.
