Nice people? I don’t have a lot to say, maybe the pay?

No formal training, you are given a day of explanation on how the system works and then that’s it good luck! Thankfully I had been in call centers most of my adult life I had to figure it out. Management is also a total joke. Talks about other agents behind their backs. I’ve never in my life had a manager ask me if someone is working up to par and should they be employed here?!?

With the high levels of autonomy comes the responsibility of the induvial to pace themselves so if you need someone to tell you to stop working you could burn out.
