I personally had a good manager but I know it won't be like that for everyone. Work from home Pros will depend on management
Cons
Being a top performer with multiple promotions I was always under paid. If you are planning to grow within the company beware, your promotion will come with a small increase but still less than market value. They are not the best at hiring so teams are imbalanced. Overworked. Tight deadlines Resolution times aren't good.
