Company allows workers to work from home

Cons

Unfriendly CEO, CTO. Too much dependence on overseas workers who lack knowledge and/or work ethic. Management only rewards people who they like. They only want to hear that their decisions are great. They'll make the good employees work even when they are out on PTO while letting their less than productive favored workers get away with anything.
