Turnover rate is a little high, leadership needs to be better, work hours can be a bit much, salary is a bit low

The pay is 60% of market rate, find any other document review company to work for. They tell you there's an incentive program, it 3 cents a Doc, then they'll discontinue the program immediately not tell you and not pay you. Be prepared to think you have work at 7am and not start getting paid until Noon. Then run out of documents and waste a whole day for 38 dollars.
