      Pros

      Pros people are nice and its a great place to build your resume.

      Cons

      Family owned business and people are always in someone's business which decreases the professional atmosphere of the company. Contract agreement are very sketchy and should not trust a word from anyone mouth at this company . Numerous amount of individuals try to use reverse psychology and stories to manipulate employees.

      Pros

      Smooth transition to apply for a job. People are somewhat friendly. Not a big stress to your personal life I can’t name anymore I just started to work here

      Cons

      People don’t really get into detail to explain the job perks, union initiations, sign on bonus. It’s like you have to ask all those questions to get it out of people even as simple for being gunners you have to ask if you have to sign in/out somewhere rather than explain the rules and concept when you first get hired.
