      Pros

      It’s just a few miles away Dispatcher is very professional-and responsive to inquiries. Salary is based on tenure. The schedule is flexible. You get to arrange your route for a better and speedy transportation-always have an open communication with the dispatching unit and the schools so everything could run smooth.

      Cons

      There are two unions-Local 854 and local 1181-but somehow the focus is on 1181.

      Pros

      Pros people are nice and its a great place to build your resume.

      Cons

      Family owned business and people are always in someone's business which decreases the professional atmosphere of the company. Contract agreement are very sketchy and should not trust a word from anyone mouth at this company . Numerous amount of individuals try to use reverse psychology and stories to manipulate employees.
