decent pay, lots of overtime opportunities, doable work if you’re good at reading & writing fast, good-ish entry level job

Cons

favoritism, workload is insane, overtime is pretty much mandatory at the end of each month, unreliable training (if any at all), clique-like environment depending on teams

401k match up to 6%, health insurance is okay. I had a great Manager, and worked on a fun team.

Cons

Overworked, and underpaid. 3 years at the company only got 1 raise of 1%. Markups have to be done and overtime is sometimes required. Work life balance is hard even when not in a management role.
