      Pros

      Relatively laid-back working environment. Reasonable re: technology budget to accomplish your job. Open to listening to new ideas. Aggressively pursue new business at times, and very competent when they decide to be.

      Cons

      The three partners' idea of "CEO by committee" is a disaster. Decisions take forever, and progress happens either from the bottom-up or by edict at the last minute. The HR situation is a disaster, and professionalism is a real issue.
