It's no fun getting acquired; it's even less fun working for Consona CRM.

Pros

Flexibility of hours Experience working with distributed teams/off-shoring Very little micromanagement

Cons

The company is not stable. Despite making EBITDA numbers from quarter to quarter, the company is not doing well financially. Layoffs are common. Executive management believed that all staff are replaceable parts, and the staff are treated that way. There's a general lack of focus/direction across its business units. Consona is in the business of Wall Street, not in the business of developing quality software products.

I was constantly frustrated, with the senior management

Pros

Got to work with some really good people. Good exposure, you get to work directly with some key accounts.

Cons

The office was sad place. Immediate managers were incompetent, at the time i left the company a lot of the good work force was leaving because of bad compensation.
