      Professional yet fun. Respectful & considerate environment. Diverse & Accepted. Great Benefits that begin with day 1. Leadership that listens and acts. Stellar place to work & been year for over 10 years. Top down - all open to change, improvement & recognition of hard work/ reliability & work ethic. Optimal culture for evolution/ growth as person & professional. Remote work is most of the time with twice per month office visits.

      Cons

      Might pay better but still good rate. Provide Optimal benefits - above & beyond the good norm. Retain Remote work as permanent with no In-Office except for 1-2 times per year.

      The mission of Constant Contact is easy to support since SMBs are the backbone of the U.S. economy. The people in middle management and below are extremely dedicated to that end and thus cross functional collaboration is strong. Everyone wants the company to succeed

      *Abysmal Pay *C-Suite is Toxic *Constant Changing of Priorities all to chase the $$ *CEO claims to care, but is fake and vindictive
