Pros

Constant Contact is an established company that still feels a little bit like a startup. Lots of energy and fast moving decisions. The people here are great. Very laid back and fun to work with.

Cons

Working in the Loveland office has fewer opportunities for career advancement. Most positions are in Massachusetts office. Was just acquired by another company so we will know in a month or two whether the culture shifts for better or worse.

The environment is overall one of the most positive I've seen at a larger company. I think most people working here are really eager to help small businesses succeed.

Cons

Sometimes the teams get so caught up in their own tasks that the vision of carrying to company forward through collaboration is lost, or ends up with a much lower priority.
