      Pros

      nice place, good environment. people were friendly and helpful. lots of training.

      Cons

      not enough development. internship was cancelled due to more help needed on the floor. never got a chance to pursue that opportunity.

      Pros

      You can tell that the company wants to keep their employees happy and excited about their work. There is never a day I do not want to come in. There are events aimed at improving the product, and lots of parties and celebrations. It's amazing how inspiring everyone is there. You can see that everyone wants to make their clients' lives better. They all understand the sacrifices they've made to start their own businesses. It's my first official job, so I really appreciate how supportive they are of their employees. It makes the transition easier.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the location, off of 128. But I'd gladly make the hike there any day for them.

      Pros

      Incredibly nice people. Good work/life balance and benefits. Plenty of opportunities to teach back to the engineering org - All-Hands Meetings, "JavaScript" or other themed lunches, etc. Food trucks at the office!

      Cons

      Lots of struggles with code deployment. Seems like some technology and process is behind the times. Still unsure of company direction after acquisition in early 2016.
