      Pros

      Constant Contact has a great, relaxed working environment. Most people who work there are generally good and kind people. The company has a very good work-life balance and a really nice headquarters.

      Cons

      Constant Contact is not the most innovative or forward moving company. They don't evaluate or revamp their processes to be more efficient and effective. There is also some people who seem to work there just to have a job and are not as passionate about it as one would hope.

      Work-life balance is definitely important for a happy and healthy workforce, and so is innovation. If you haven’t joined our biweekly Company Meeting where Harp, other members of the Exec Leadership Team and product/project owners talk about what we/they are doing to move the needle then be sure to attend or if you’re not able to, be sure to watch the archived 30 minute recordings. And of course, if you have an idea that’s not being addressed then jumpstart your idea at the next InnoJam where you can work with your colleagues across the org on our next best idea!
