Pros

Best on boarding experience of my career - (1) week of time very well spent. The pay, equity & benefits are solid. The culture truly encouraged openness/transparency & most people have a superior sense of accountability, esp. for a company this size. Terrific work space, amenities & perks.

Cons

While teams are cross functional, there were still a few remaining functional silos which were always a challenge to work with. The culture seemed to be slowly declining due possibly to personnel bloat, maybe due to slowly declining company performance, maybe due to increasingly disengaged senior management, likely all three. Acquisition by EIGI meant layoffs, 15% (~215 people), but that's the way it goes.
