      Pros

      Lots of room for personal growth. Fair compensation. Friendly coworkers. Very nice atmosphere and great culture.

      Cons

      Struggled a bit in it's transition from a fast growing small to medium sized company to a slower growing medium to large size comapny.

      * There can be some bureaucracy although I'd say nothing out of the ordinary for such a large company
