      great people to work with, enjoyable environment, management in support is aware and focused on the customer

      Cons

      challenged by the expectations of wall street to keep their focus on what got them where they are. Some growth issues that are being addressed but can see some department still struggling to accept the direction and focus on customer

      Pros

      Great people, lots of collaboration, decent benefits, lots of opportunities to progress and increase your career, everyone here generally cares not only for one another, but also for the customers/clients we provide our service to.

      Cons

      There aren't many downsides to working at Constant Contact, however, I have heard many people wish that the Benefits were a little bit better, such as a lower 401(k) Match than previous jobs. There's also a fairly large disconnect from the "Customer Operations" working environment, to the rest of the company

      Friendly and young. People work well together and there are great benefits. Great location that is easy to get to in Waltham.

      Cons

      Talent is leaving to the next big thing. Stock options are worthless after the stock plummeted. Management is making some perplexing decisions.
