Business Outlook

Pros

Company offers good benefits and training. We have a new exec last year, who does round table and monthly meetings with agents like myself and listens to our feedback, he has made a difference on employee morale and agents love his style, and feel we're heard and represented.

Cons

We don't always get to participate in company events or social gatherings because we're on schedule, it'd be nice to have personal development hours and career planning. I'd like to build a career here and become a manager.
