      Pros

      - CTCT has dominated its market, and could grow even faster if it wanted to

      Cons

      - Constant Contact went public (IPO) in 2007. Enough said ... They have not done much with the $100 million raised. They have done a good job of dominating the market, but could have grown even faster. The stock price since 2007 has fluctuated wildly ... - CTCT is highly political. You have to kiss butt and maneuver internally to get a promotion. They do not do a good job of recognizing and rewarding exceptional employee performance.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Seems stable. Conveniently off the highway. Very active with charities. Very, very, very ambitious.

      Cons

      Growth opportunity is questionable. Disorganization is rampant. Management is overworked and/or bored. And it's a sweat shop. Enough said.

      Decent Benefits, Fun Environment and still somewhat of a start-up feel. Good focus on customer which at sometimes can go to the extreme.

      Cons

      Promotion from within is limited. It is more about who you know than what you know. There's far too many managers.
