      Pros

      CTCT is changing and growing but seems to really care about how we work together as a team and providing resources to employees. Training, remote work, lots of communication. Not perfect but leaders really do want what to be a great company with a great employee experience

      Normal growing pains, some old tech stacks, turnover has been higher than ideal but in general, everything is going in the right direction

      The management team really cares about the empowering SMBs and supporting employees. They implemented a bunch of working mom friendly programs: flexible working environment, mental health, etc. I love the environment of trust and accountability.
