      Pros

      I have been in sales for almost 20 years, my only regret has been not finding this company sooner. This company has completely changed the trajectory of my life for the better. If you're hard working, devoted, and want a place that rewards you for your hard work, there is no better place that I know of than Constant Contact. In fact, we've had MANY employees leave and return within the recent years that had bad experiences elsewhere for years/months.

      Cons

      Keeping it simple. While our software does many things, reps need to do their best to weed out what they don't need, and focus on a few key things the customer will love.

We hire great humans. - Hybrid work style - Our mission: We help small businesses succeed - Recognition for hard work I have been with CTCT for nearly 10 years and there is no place like it. Everyone understands that family comes first. As a working mom, I have a lot to balance but my manager and the company provide me with the flexibility and understanding I need to thrive. I started at the company as a Senior Administrative Assistant and now I'm a Senior Marketing Manager. I've always been given opportunity and the space to grow. There is no place I'd rather be.

      Pros

      The culture of Constant Contact is finally starting to gel, making it feel like we're all working towards the same goal after a long transition out of Endurance land.

      Cons

      Some employees still haven't caught on that this is a new company and that the way things were will never be again and probably shouldn't be again.
