Amazing people, work life balance is actually BALANCED, employees are appreciated to the max, hard work pays off, and phenomenal benefits (formal/informal).

Pros

The company and culture is really progressing in a positive way. There is movement towards open and frequent communications, and a focus on innovation. We don't feel like a slow moving laggard anymore, that's for sure.

Cons

An air of old school culture remains. People who feel entitled and don't think too much about making the place better. We need to move on and be one company and not a mish mash of our former parent and acquired company practices.
