      Pros

      The managers were generally nice and made very few unreasonable demands on our time. Some managers were trying to make things better

      Cons

      Sooooo bureaucratic! Every decision involved endless meetings and approvals from endless people from all over the company.

      Pros

      Good life-work balance. No pressure in a utility style company.

      Cons

      The company is very hierarchical and political. The internal competition makes coordination difficult. The company keeps losing strong and experienced employees and will soon be taken over by politicians. Wrong decisions are made everyday and taking over by Exelon is the worst thing that happens to a good company.

      Pros

      Professional working environment definitely a plus. Not a cut throat working culture at all when I was working there.

      Cons

      Overall communication issue. I am not sure about other functions, but lack of communication between team members and standardization could be one of cons working at Constellation
