Nothing gets done in this organization and if someone gets the courage to do anything, the initiative gets killed ... there is no creativity, no constructive conversation, every talented person left the company. the people that are left are just fighting over the same ideas that have been swirling around for the last 5 years, but none of them are even capable of pulling these ideas off, or are too sheepish to try. Employee turnover is very high. The industry is getting disrupted... and they are just paralyzed, and whining about the status of the industry, instead of seeing it as an opportunity, and leading the transformation of this industry. I have never seen so much value destruction in front of my eyes in my entire career. It's deplorable.
