They bought a private equity shop and are destroying it and the culture that built it. Extremely political environment - the Constellation meritocracy has been dismantled and experienced, intelligent Constellation managers report to a good old boy network with half the IQ. Expect strong turnover next year.

Difficult to move up the ranks (when the company was smaller it was a lot easier), feel like a number, not a person, work environment is like a factory floor or sardine can, have to pay for parking, bureaucracy, no recognition for advanced degrees, organization is so large you never know who to go to, office gets so loud you can't hear yourself think.
