Management is clueless from top to bottom with every location having far too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I've never worked for a company that likes to pat itself on the back for accomplishing so little as much as this company. Decisions and processes that should be straightforward are instead a frustrating mess as multiple people have to be involved on every level with no one being an expert in any one thing. This leads to rash and non sensical decisions being made which results in poor customer satisfaction and low morale.
