Pros

The company is very flexible with your schedule and personal life. The vacation and benefits are better than other companies. For the most part, upper management has an open door policy. There is room for growth if you desire to move to other office locations.

Cons

The company is going through another one of its transitional periods and upper management doesn't seem to have it all put together. The company grew too quickly and unexpectedly. Upper management needs to do a better job of promoting the people who actually do the work. The sick policy has taken a toll for the worse, due to hiring an outside company to handle sick time.

Not a good place to start a career

Pros

The benefits in terms of health, dental, and vision insurance was the best I have seen. I can't think of anything else. (listed health, dental, and vision because of the 20 word minimum! that's how little there is!)

Cons

They boast a 95% retention rate of over 5 years, but that is taking into consideration that it includes all of their employees including those who work in a power plant, and don't have easy job mobility. The turnover rate at Constellation Energy Commodities is a lot higher, mostly because there is high job dissatisfaction. There is little room for promotion/moving up, there is no firm handle on how to run the business, and the leadership changes are extremely frequent at the topmost level.
