      This company strives to optimize its employee experience. It has great benefits. The people are well compensated. The culture is positive and strives for excellence. The management takes action based on employee feedback.

      Cons

      The industry is very demanding, and although the company strives to develop a work life balance, often the demands of the job require far more of the employees time, and it gets difficult to strike a balance at all. In an effort to streamline the industry, this company may have cut too deeply into its personnel and eliminated too many positions. Sometimes it seems like there are not enough people in positions to make the company function smoothly.
