'Tolerant' management is fully intolerant of any views outside of their left liberal ideas. CIO stated that he will find you a new company to work for unless you embrace his ideology and don't challenge it. You'll quickly find that Constellation pay is way below industry and they continue to alter job titles to convince you they are paying what the market will bear. Constellation ignores inflation. HR is a joke that drives the poor salary ranges and are never taken to task why so many people are leaving and it is so hard to hire in.
