Great Potential But the Management has been Bottlenecked

Pros

Great salary. A strong team of professionals who are dedicated to their jobs (E1-E3's).

Cons

Due to the plants in Illinois being on notice to shutdown their sites hemorrhaged talent and experience. Now there are significant percentages of managers who would otherwise not be in their current roles if there had been, literally, anyone else.
