Pros
BCBAs do so much to care for and support their RBTS. Working with the kiddos was constantly rewarding and the best part of my day. The whole environment was just truly so fun, uplifting, positive, and you really felt like you were making a difference in someone’s life.
Cons
No cons!! Just try to do things in your personal time to stay healthy and move your body so that you are able to keep up with the kiddos at work!!:)
