BCBAs do so much to care for and support their RBTS. Working with the kiddos was constantly rewarding and the best part of my day. The whole environment was just truly so fun, uplifting, positive, and you really felt like you were making a difference in someone’s life.

I've had nothing but a positive experience in my (almost) 5 years at Constellations. Before Constellations, I was a para in a school district and had hit a professional ceiling. There was no place for me to grow without going back to school for an expensive degree. I started working for Constellations part time in a client home after school to make some extra cash for my family. With some hard work, I've turned a part time job into a career within the Constellations admin team and have cherished every experience along the way.
