Pros

Level-headed caring and communicative owner Frequent 6-month reviews provide for opportunities to advance (BT primarily) Small caseload Open-minded business expansion mindset Resources and clinical support available CEUs available monthly

Cons

Lack of quality BT training Toxic positivity culture. Way too many spirit weeks. Rigid in organizational systems Clinic was chaotic, messy, and unorganized. Staff expected to complete daily cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen. Seniority seems to take priority over experience Delays or no follow through on changes in the clinic or on promotions/raises Lack of cultural humility and inclusivity education and practices across staff and families Lack of sensitivity and adaptability to unexpected changes and world events
